  • Final designs approved by the customer are considered final. Revisions or cancellations are not allowed after approval.
  • Production timelines are shared during order confirmation but may vary depending on workload, materials, or delivery conditions.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of custom packaging, returns are only accepted in the case of defects or manufacturing errors.
  • Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, with clear photographic evidence.
  • Refunds or replacements are subject to internal review and discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content including packaging designs, logos, graphics, text, and photography is the property of Trusty Pack or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage related to product use or website access.
  • In all cases, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
